• Verification data: one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your email or phone to confirm your identity when signing in from a new device.
• Device and sensor data: information transmitted by IoT devices registered to your organization, including telemetry, status, and location data associated with deployment sites.
• Usage information: log data, device/browser identifiers, and interactions with the Service, collected to maintain security and improve reliability.
• Files you upload, such as images associated with sites or devices.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
• To operate core features of the Service, including device management, monitoring, and alerting.
• To send critical notifications you opt into (e.g., SMS or email alerts) and account-related messages (e.g., OTPs, password resets).

We retain account and device data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to any legal or contractual retention requirements.
